FAQs

When referring potential new members to WorkAway Offices, we will need details about the referral including the new member’s name, company name, email address and phone number. In addition, we’ll want to know the type of business and approximate number of desks or offices required.

We will pay a one-time referral fee as follows:

  Month to Month Annual Commitment

Dedicated Desk $50 $200
Private Office $100 $400
Managed Suite N/A $1,000

As long as your introductions adhere to the following stipulations, we will pay
you the appropriate referral fee:

  • The new member must not be a current or previous member of WorkAway Offices
  • The new member must enter into a WorkAway Offices Membership Agreement within 3 months from the date of introduction
  • The new member has not previously contacted WorkAway Offices or has been introduced by another party prior to your introduction
  • The new member is not a subsidiary, affiliate or entity under common control of an existing member
  • The referred person and their business entity must be approved and qualified to be a member of WorkAway Offices

When the new member signs a WorkAway Offices Member Agreement, provide its 1st month’s rent and deposit, and occupies the space. The referral fee will be paid to you as a credit toward your monthly membership fee at WorkAway Offices.

We’ll send you an email notification with details of the membership application as soon as your referral signs a WorkAway Membership Agreement.

WorkAway Offices will pay referral fees for the successful introduction and Member Agreement execution related to rentals of dedicated desks, private offices and managed suites.
